You're not alone

A flat in your hometown. A notice that landed at your parents' address. A sibling waiting on a signature you can't give in person. None of it pauses just because you're eight time zones away — and flying back for every hearing isn't realistic, or necessary. You don't need to be in India to be represented in India. A specialist lawyer who works NRI matters every day, plus a case manager who keeps you posted in your own morning or evening, is usually enough.

Good questions

Before you reach out.

Can I be represented in India while I live abroad?+
Yes. Almost every NRI matter is run through a Power of Attorney, video hearings where courts allow, and your case manager and specialist lawyer appearing on your behalf in India.
How does the Power of Attorney process actually work?+
We draft the POA for your matter, you attest it at the Indian consulate nearest you (or get it apostilled where applicable), and we handle registration and everything after in India.
Can a divorce or family matter move forward while I'm abroad?+
Yes. Mutual consent matters, custody and maintenance proceedings can largely be managed through your lawyer and POA, with video appearances where the court permits.
I've been named in a 498A case while living abroad. What now?+
Speak to us before you travel. In many cases anticipatory bail and other protections can be sought before you land, so you're not caught off guard at the airport.
Can you help with a property or succession matter without me flying to India?+
Yes — title checks, partition, sale or gift deeds, succession certificates and RERA complaints are all handled on your behalf, coordinated through your case manager.
What time zone do the calls happen in?+
Yours. We schedule your consultation and every update call around your local time, not ours.

Handled in India. Wherever you live.

A time-zone-friendly call, a clear plan, and a case manager who keeps you posted - no flight required.
